In a society of people who spend their day in front of computers and with their heads down in screens (ironic...I know) we could all use a little bit more pulling in our lives. Common rounding of the shoulders, forward head posture, and internally rotated shoulders may not become magically fixed by doing more pulling but it's certainly part of an overall program to balance the body.
